The 2017 Eisteddfod will be held at Westminster School, Marion commencing Saturday 30th September.
All entries for the 2017 Eisteddfod will be made via Stardom. To access the Stardom website, use the link from the SASDS website or directly via:
All Solo, Duo, Trio, Championship and Scholarship section entries are made by competitors or their parents with payments made via credit/debit card. Entries are not accepted without payment. If an entry remains unpaid seven days after being submitted it will be deleted.
All Troupe entries will be entered by the Principal of the dance school using the same process. Principals cannot enter solo, duo, trio, championships or scholarship sections on behalf of competitors (unless they are their own children).
Important Update: A parent or guardian of competitors under 18 who are entered into a duo, trio, troupe, school or crew will need to read and accept the terms and conditions of entry found here: http://www.saeisteddfod.com.au/application by September 1st, 2017. Soloists do not need to do this as they accept the terms and conditions through the Stardom entry process.
The first time that you use Stardom you will need to register. This will allow you to enter the SASDS Eisteddfod each year using the same username and password.
It is recommended that you refer to the ‘Age Groups and Time Limits’, ‘Dance Definitions’ and ‘Eisteddfod Rules’ on our website, when completing your entries.
Entries open: Thursday 30th March, 2017 (5pm)
Entries close: Friday 30th June, 2017 (midnight)
No late entries will be accepted and entry is not accepted until payment is received.
All solo, duo and trio competitors must pay a $10 registration fee to enter the Eisteddfod. It is important that you place all entries on one invoice so that this fee is only charged once. If you wish to add further entries, prior to the closing date, please edit the original invoice in Stardom rather than creating a new one. Dance school submitting troupe entries must pay a registration fee based on the number of entries.
The registration fee for Solo/Duo/Trio competitors also provides FREE entry into the audience throughout the entire Eisteddfod!
